Privacy Policy

Tidal Hashi is designed to work without an account. This policy explains what the current iPhone app stores on your device, what happens when you buy a pack or contact us, and what these pages log.

Information in the app

The app saves your puzzle entries, selection state, completion status, daily puzzle history, and your gameplay and appearance settings in local storage on your device. This lets you continue puzzles and keep your preferences between sessions. Tidal Hashi does not currently create an account or sync this information to our servers.

The current app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not send your puzzle progress or settings to us.

Purchases

Puzzle packs are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only the transaction information Apple makes available to the app (the product identifier and whether the purchase is valid) to unlock the pack on your device. We never see your name, address, or payment details, and the app has no server of its own.

Messages you choose to send

If you email hello@jerichoworks.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to respond to your request and investigate issues you report. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support message. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising.

We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related follow-up, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons. You may ask us to delete your correspondence at the same address, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Apple services

Apple operates the App Store, TestFlight, and StoreKit purchases, and may process downloads, payments, and optional diagnostic information under Apple's privacy policy. Tidal Hashi does not use a separate in-app analytics or advertising service.

These web pages

These pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, or a contact form. They are hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare logs a visitor's IP address for security and abuse prevention when a Pages site is visited. Cloudflare's handling of that information is described in its privacy statement.

Your choices and deletion

You can stop using the app at any time. Removing Tidal Hashi from your device removes its local app data from that device; an Apple-managed device backup may retain or restore a copy according to your backup settings. The app does not provide us with a remote copy of your puzzle data to delete. For help with a support message or a privacy question, email hello@jerichoworks.com.

Changes

If the app's data practices change, this page and the App Store privacy answers will be updated. The effective date above shows when this policy was last revised.
