Where does the daily puzzle come from?

The daily puzzle is chosen by the calendar day from the puzzles you own, so it changes every day at midnight in your local time and stays the same for that whole day. Which puzzle appears depends on which puzzle packs are unlocked on your device.

How do puzzle packs work?

The base game is free and includes the Gentle and Normal packs. Additional packs (Small, Medium, Large, Brutal, Expert, Master) are one-time in-app purchases with no subscription. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account: restore them from the Shop screen with Restore Purchases if you reinstall or switch phones.

Why does a purchased pack show as locked?

Open the Shop screen and tap Restore Purchases. StoreKit restores any pack bought with the Apple Account signed in on this device. If it still shows locked, contact us with your App Store receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I remove my saved puzzle data?

Tidal Hashi keeps progress and settings on your device. Removing the app removes its local data from that device. If you restore your iPhone from a backup, Apple may also restore app data from that backup.
